Arrival

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will be less time lashing.  If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may  not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Don’t have time to clean your lashes beforehand? Choose a lash bath add-on when booking your appointment and we’ll do it for you!

Changing Your Appointment

A minimum of 24 hour notice is requested when rescheduling/cancelling a booked appointment.

Late Cancellation/No Show

While we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, late cancellations are subject to a 50% (max $50) charge at the lash artist's discretion, to be paid with the card on file.

No Shows are subject to PAYMENT IN FULL for missed appointment, including prepayment required to secure any future scheduled appointments.

Other Artists' Work

If you currently have eyelash extensions from another lash artist, please schedule a New Client Volume, Classic or Mega Volume Fill.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any reason on services. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss concerns. A complimentary 30 minute express touch up can be done if it is at the fault of the product or application. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or due to failure to follow proper aftercare instructions will be charged at full price for the service.

Children Policy

Please, no children in the treatment rooms. Eyelash extensions take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.
